Because every outfit is made to order, please allow 5–10 working days for crafting before dispatch. Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 2–4 further working days. You will receive updates at every stage and can track your order from your account.

Yes — COD is available across Pakistan for a flat Rs. 250 shipping charge. If you pay in advance through Stripe card payment or a wallet/bank transfer (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay), shipping is completely free.

Unstitched means you receive the fabric to tailor yourself. Stitched means the outfit is sewn to standard XS–XL sizing before it ships. Custom size means we stitch it to the exact measurements you provide, priced at a 20% premium over the base price.

If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unworn items with tags intact can be exchanged or refunded in line with our refund policy. Because each piece is handmade to order, minor natural variations in embroidery are part of its character and not a defect.

Dry cleaning is recommended for heavily embellished pieces. For lighter embroidery, hand wash cold with a mild detergent, do not wring, and iron inside out on low heat. Store dupattas folded with the embroidery facing inward.
